    My overall fitness journey started back in highschool. I was present during my uncle's final days of battling cancer, and it left a deep impression on me. Thankfully I had a close family relative to take me under their wing and they showed me that I could process my grief and feelings through exercise. I was able to grow not only physically but mentally as I faced new challenges in life. As I grew in my studies and experiences I would see and come across many more people with limitations or health-related issues. I knew my passion and purpose were clear, so I decided to become a fitness professional in order to give a second chance to everyone that I can. Health is the greatest wealth we can all have and I will never stop until everyone has their fair share of it.
